Welcome to the neighborhood

Located only a few blocks from the heart of downtown, Asheville’s South Slope is home to some of the city’s award-winning restaurants and social activities. Here you can catch a game at McCormick Field with the Asheville Tourists baseball team and explore the epicenter of the city’s historic brewery scene.

Restaurants and entertainment

South Slope is home to not only some of the best food and entertainment in downtown Asheville, but in the whole of Western North Carolina—all a few moments from our luxury condo homes. Experience the neighborhood’s thriving breweries such as Catawba Brewing, enjoy lunch with friends at 67 Biltmore, or catch a concert in the legendary Orange Peel.

outdoor recreation

Asheville is a four-season city, which means outdoor activities are varied and plentiful. Nestled in the Blue Ridge Mountains, there are hiking destinations, camping spots, walking trails, and rivers nearby. And South Slope’s high end condos put residents in close range to tennis courts at Aston Park as well as Asheville’s official minor-league baseball team, the Tourists, at McCormick Field.

Where dogs are family

Downtown Asheville welcomes your furry family members! After playing with your pup in our beautifully-landscaped pet area at 145 Biltmore Avenue, you can stroll up the sidewalk into the heart of the city, where fresh water bowls, treats, and friendly smiles await your best friend. Leashes are required, but dogs are welcome at most establishments downtown. There is currently a pet treat bakery only a few blocks away, and the award-winning restaurant Posana offers a canine-specific menu that will impress your dog’s taste buds.
