The development team of 145 Biltmore Avenue is excited to announce that, due to demand, they have added seven new residences to the forthcoming modern art deco condominium building, located in Asheville’s beautiful South Slope neighborhood. The building will features parking on floors 1 and 2, with parking accessible from both Lexington and Biltmore, and will include an exclusive studio apartment on the first floor. The new second floor will feature five 1- and 2-bedroom residences. This creates a total of 34 homes, up from the original 27 in the initial design.
“We are committed to preserving the quiet and peace of the residential-only space by capping the number the condos we will offer,” says Al Sneeden, developer. “The addition of the second floor leverages the demand we’ve seen as well as provides another handful of beautiful, affordable homes for residents while maintaining a small footprint and the highest quality construction.”
When the project was announced earlier this fall, over 90% of the original building was immediately reserved within two weeks after the announcement. “Asheville real estate brokers have had buyers waiting for a property like this for well over a year,” says Don Wilcoxon, developer. “We want to do what we can to keep this building unique, exclusive, and still offering some of the lowest HOA fees in the city while featuring some of the largest new living spaces.”
New amenities were also announced to current buyers and include: an electric vehicle charging station, landscaped pet area, USB wall ports, motion sensor LED lights in closets, solar screen roller shades, high efficiency HVAC systems with Nest or similar temperature systems throughout residences, a bike storage room, and upgrades such as indoor gas fireplaces in living areas and outdoor gas grills, fire pits and fire places.
The second floor condos will be publicly offered soon.
